Here is an update about my 25 mg Quetiapine journey: I continue to feel less manic, but equally as productive when I want to be. Sometimes I take a 50 mg pill whenever I feel like I need it. The sleep continues to be incredible. I think that alone makes me feel less crazy. In general I would say the less sleep you get the more crazy you feel. I'm taking it more often overall because there are less nightmares. It feels more effective.
